3: Gear coupling and cross slider coupling to regular lubrication, generally 2-3 months with grease once, so as to avoid tooth severe wear, resulting in serious consequences.
4: Gear coupling tooth width contact length shall not be less than 70%; Its axial channeling momentum shall not be greater than 5mm.
Coupling is not allowed to have cracks, such as cracks need to be replaced (can be small hammer, according to the sound judgment).
Key of the ling coupling should be closely coordinated and not loose.
5: Gear coupling tooth thickness wear, lifting mechanism more than 15% of the original tooth thickness, more than 25% of the operating mechanism should be scrapped, broken teeth should also be scrapped.
6: Elastic ring of the pin coupling, the sealing ring of the gear coupling, such as damage and aging, should pay attention to the timely replacement.
